Cancellation Policy

 

Appointments are reserved in advance to ensure dedicated time and preparation. The following policy helps maintain availability for all clients.

Standard Cancellations

​

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment will not incur any fee.

 

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50 percent of the scheduled service.

 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or missed appointments, may be charged up to the full cost of the scheduled service.

Health and Emergency Considerations

For clients experiencing sudden illness, medical issues, or urgent caregiving situations, flexibility is available.

If you are unwell or facing an unexpected health concern, please notify us as soon as possible. In these cases, cancellation fees may be reduced or waived, particularly when notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.

 

Our goal is to balance respect for your well-being with the time reserved for your project.

Rescheduling

 

Whenever possible, rescheduling is encouraged in place of cancellation. Clients who reschedule within a reasonable timeframe may have fees waived at our discretion.
